Main Goal

In 2005, I was introduced to Step 123. Step 123 is what I used to achieve my personal weight loss goals. Through Step 123, I have met a lot of wonderful people that have done so much more for me than just see that I reach my weight loss goals. More important than losing weight, this program has taught me to love myself, have confidence in myself, and I now know that I can accomplish what my hearts desires are.

Now, my goal is to help the world understand everything Step 123 can do for them, from physical to financial. From taking someone who thinks they are not worth much to helping them see how they shine and matter.

I want to help mothers be able to stay at home with their children and raise them with the values that they want their children to have.

I want to help people understand that there is hope and that you can have the life you have dreamed about.

Where is the college track? I'll try to make it, but I'm not sure, my son just got home on leave yesterday from Iraq, and I really don't know if he'll be here or out with some friends.

Hi Diane, I would like to lose atleast 20 lbs, I've lost almost 10 so far, by doing the Biggest Loser Challenge at the Centre. I don't go to the Centre as oten as I should, but I can't get motivated. I usually go about 3 times a week though.
