Mondays Workout

I did no cardio Sat or Sun which is a discipline I must master. My workout today was 10 minutes on the bike and 8 lifting sations plus 10 minutes on the treadmill jogging( some of the time a very fast walk) . But I do know I lost some weight and inches last week.
